Things are getting together, in the shop, as you can see.. Glen Avery and Max Pacheco are working on cyclone generator for smokebox. The idea, is to put a swirl in the smoke and steam, and as the large cinders swirl around, they beat themselves into small cinders, on the vanes to help prevent fires.
Good to see rods going back on 489. Jose Torres, Donald Martinez and Ed Beard, have the rods aligned and on 489. Lots of sweat and judicious work with a sledge, did the job.
