Its two years until the 40th anniversary of the C&TS.

Are there any plans for special celebration?

IIRC, 2010 is also the 60th anniversary of the loss of the mail contract by the RGS.

130th anniversary of the D&RG track crossing Cumbres and arriving in Chama.

120th anniversary of the opening of Valley Line from Villa Grove to Alamosa.

80th anniversary of the last K-37s to enter service (496-499).

55th anniversary of the abandonment of the Gunnison lines.
