shootout -- the 1971 movie

I have never seen this 1971 movie. In it Gregory Peck plays "Clay Lomax" who is to meet a train on which an old girlfriend is to arrive with some money she's been holding for him from an old robbery. Instead, on the train is a little girl, the girlfriend's daughter. A photo exists of the DRGW roundhouse, with locomotives being decorated for that movie. If you know anything about the film, I would appreciate your letting me know.
