To much of a hassle? (repost from this morning)

Here is an idea I came up with this morning since I am on "house arrest" (if you will) and limited to almost nothing since my neck/back surgery on 3/5.......for the July event since it will be around July 4th, how about ribbons?? Red, white and blue ribbons. Not the kind you win at a fifth grade race or anything you put on your shirt or tie to a balloon. I'm talkin about the kind that comes on the roll that you can tear a little bit off and tie to your chasermobile antenna. 3 little pieces that will scream in the wind as we chase the 315. Surveyors flagging ribbon I believe is the correct name for it.
