Trinity atomic test video with D&RGW #478?

In the first few moments of this video is a steam train.
Is that Rio Grande K-28 #478?
Is that specific footage to the atomic bomb testing? Or stock footage?
Also, what line is that with the wooden trestle and S-curve?
