eBay Item Question

There's a picture of what claims to be D&RG engine # 63 for sale on eBay. The text calls it a 2-8-0, which #63 was, but the picture is of a 2-6-0.

The other interesting thing about the picture is that the tender appears to have a single axle leading truck!

Anyone have any ideas as to what the picture is actually of?

The item number is: 230229192723.
