D&RGW long caboose in Aztec NM

Before sunlight last weekend I was passing though Aztec, New Mexico on Route 550, and saw a D&RGW long caboose in looked to be a park, I did notice it was #0313, and was the toilet seat herald. I should have stopped, but did not, had a plane to catch.

What is the history of this car? And what park is that in?
