Narrow gauge americans abroad....

I am very interested in american built narrow gauge lokeys that went overseas, and this type are particularly interesting to me: http://narrow.parovoz.com/porter.html (note: you will need to translate the page from Russian to english, I like this translator:http://babelfish.altavista.com/) What I want to know is are there any drawing plans for this loco avalible anywhere? If there are I would appreciate it very much if someone would post them here.
