Hot Lead and Cold Feet

Okay.....time for nostalgia which we are all good at.
In the Disney movie "Hot Lead and Cold Feet"....what were those little steam powered rail cars? Are they still around? Where would you get one?
Were those real or just a movie prop? That is one of my favorite movies as a kid. Gotta love Jack Elam and Don Knotts in this one!
Any help would be nice. I'd love to have one of those and take it around the country!
