RGRPC signs agreement to run C&TSRR

RGRPC to run Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Property The agreement has been signed. The RGRPC is going to manage the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Property through December of 2003. My understanding is this covers everything. My question was does this mean you will be running everything and the answer was YES.
The RGRPC should hit the ground running full blast on Monday. Its good news that there is an agreement and we no longer are in a hold pattern. Lets all get behind the RGRPC and offer our congratulations & help.
