Pictures at the bottom of the page

I enjoy the pictures you are putting at the bottom of the page each day. Because the picture changes each day sometimes the answer to a question posed about a particular photo elicits responses about a later photo.

Is there any way to have a new photo for each page when it starts while the old photo stays on the page on which it started?

BTW I love the pic of the 461 on the Ophir Loop trestle. It reminds me of my earliest memories of the RGS. I only saw a few trains before abandonment. I spent most of my impressionable youth looking at the recently torn up roadbed and dreaming about how to put it back in. This clearly twisted my personality and resulted in my career choice.

Any way I love the pictures thanks for posting them.
