I spoke to the Forest Service earlier today, and they informed me that the Forest Service would be opened to the public on friday, but not the C & TS RR.
I don't know if the public in this case includes Forest Service or Park Service employees, but we can only hope that they have ashtrays with them if they take any love letters.
