I'm constantly amazed at the variety of equipment that has survived to this day in Chama. It does seem though that something is missing. Forgive my ignorance, but during the 1940-1970's I imagine the Rio Grande operated a steam crane wrecker? If so, where did it end up? (Durango?) From photos it appears perhaps Derrick OP served a similar function?

Besides the Gramps tank cars, which I realize two of which are in Antonito awaiting restoration, are there any other examples of equipment missing from the railroad?
