It will soon be December and almost all of the country's narrow gauge lines will be shut down for the winter.

But the Roaring Camp stays open all winter, riding tharough their grove of California Coastal Redwoods. They are in Felton, California, which is outside Santa Cruz.

the trains get decorated for Christmas to add to the fun.

Geared locomotives are fun to watch waddle along the right of way or you can ride them!
