Another SVRy Baldwin Mike Photo

This photo is also unidentified. I think it may be Eng 16 because 16 has a particularly wrinkled boiler jack in front of the engineers side of the cab in other photo as it does here. Also the last reg. SVRy pass. train in '37 was pulled by 16 with coach 26 as in this photo. This may in fact be that train? Any opinions would be appreciated.
