"Cole Formula"

Anyone out there in NGDF-land have acccess to the "Cole Formulas"? Which are used to determine the tractive effort needed to move a certain tonnage up a grade and around a curve.
There are 3 formula involved:
One for basic rolling resistance on straight, flat track.
One for calulating the resistance created by grade.
One for calculating resistance for curvature.
I have all this at home, but am in need for it at work asap.
