Want to live along the SVRy? *LINK* *PIC*

As some of you know, my wife has lymphoma. She's doing really well, and we expect a full recovery. The downside is, with no medical insurance, we can't really afford to keep our place here in Sumpter. So, for any of you that have dreamed about living next to a 3' gauge line, here's your chance. There is about 1500 feet of track between the 2 tax lots, about 100 feet from the house. I've absolutely loved living here.
