Tracks to the CRF

I understand the Caboose 0579, except for a couple of minor items, is ready to go but is marooned on the RIP track in Antonito. I've seen pictures of the C & TS track crew working on the switches and tracks leading to the CRF but obviously they are not finished. I suppose that they have many duties they need to perform just to keep the daily trains rolling but I'm wondering when people in the know think that the CRF trackage will be done.
