I fully agree with Martin's description of our visit to the Loop last weekend. I can't remember when we were treated any better by both the employees and the management. I have been an train operations supervisor for 2 different railroads for the last 20 years and I can say that I saw nothing I would question or take exception too. The Loop is a very professionally run railroad.
