A letter to Terri Shaw

Here is a copy of a letter I just sent Terri. I also c.c. the railroad commission & Ed.
Terri: As you know I am a strong believer in "The Buck Stops Here". I believe the responsibility of the job being done falls upon the Boss, but it also works both ways, not only the bad but also the good. There has been a great improvement in communications from the Friends. ( Timely up-dates are now available on the Friends web page). I am sure there has been a lot of effort to get this done. I want to thank everybody involved but once again "The Buck Stops Here" Thank you Terri it is greatly appreciated.
Since I also am a very open and vocal person in my complaints I try to be the same way in my complements. I will be posting a copy of this letter on the Discussion board.
