John,
I just went throught the same thing back a couple of months ago for an On3 San Juan consist I put together. I ordered one each of a couple of different types and I settled on the PSC real rubber diaphragms even though I didn't like the stricker plate and will cut my own. I cannot remember the others that I got, I will look at them at home tonight. I think Weaver was other with real rubber ones...
