The CSX web site doesn't appear to specify what trademark you are licensing. For instance, I doubt they could get you for selling a model simply lettered "B&O". Likewise, I wonder how they can justify claiming that the letters "CSX" in a standard font is a unique trademark.
Why are you apparently the only one being picked on ?
