ET&WNC Doe River Gorge

Had a great time Saturday at the Doe River Gorge Ministries. The own and operate the former ET&WNC line through the Doe River Gorge. They are currently rebuilding a Crown 4-4-0 and hope to have it operable in time for the 2021 NNG convention in Hickory, NC. Until then they operate with a small fleet of motor cars for small groups and a Plymouth with two ex. Dry Gulch & Silver City coaches for larger groups. They also have the balance of the Dry Gulch & Silver City equipment including the two 0-4-0 Porters.
