In addition to working on the K-28 book, I just completed an article for the Rio Grande Modeling & Historical Society's Prospector on D&RGW Outfit Car 04414 which was rebuilt and restored for the National Park Service Cimarron site by the Durango & Silverton Car Shop.
I am also working on a 42 page history of D&RG T-12s and the restoration of Number 168. I think D&RG fans will like this as it has a ton of history that has never been published before.
In case you missed it, I did an article for the Prospector on the D&RGW-Koppers Tie Plant at Salida. This plant treated all D&RGW narrow gauge and standard gauge ties and bridge timbers from 1924 to 1960. The issue is still available....
