As an addition, the Bluebell Railway also has a standard gauge cousin - sort of - of the D&RGW enclosed vestibule Pullman cars.
SECR Pullman #33, Constance, was assembled by the SECR in 1891, after arriving from the USA as a kit of parts. When originally built, it had open end platforms and Bullnose roof ends, but later alterations make it unfeasible to back-restore it to this condition.

Other American-built Pullman cars survive at the Midland Railway Centre in Derbyshire, and these still have the open platforms and Bullnose roof ends, as can be seen in this photo:
