A couple photos from last week. This engine truly looks beautiful.
Strasburg RR shops did much of the major work on this project, but the current CRRM shop crew and volunteers took the engine from a boiler with wheels to running locomotive in just over a year. All while working on other projects, running Polar Express trains for 1.5 months, and dealing with the challenges presented by the pandemic. Not bad at all.
