I knew a couple of guys who were involved with the engine, back in the 80's I believe. One lived in my home town in Ohio, and the other went on to be a rather integral part of 2-3 different steam operations. So he obviously ran out of free time to work on it. I do remember them both mentioning it, and they met each other there as a matter of fact. One has passed on(the local friend), and the other is still involved with steam preservation. Nice looking NG engine.
