Yes, his scratch-built locomotives operate using the RMI Drive System which runs off car batteries. He also has two live steam locomotives a shay and RGS 22, and he's currently building another one with Tom Artzburger, IIRC its C&S 21. I plan on getting footage of those locomotives one of these days.
