Chris,
Try Precision Scale , [www.precisionscaleco.com]. This general catalog of parts has Valve Gear Rivets and screws at the end of the catalog. I have used these and soldered the rivets in place to repair the valve gear on a Balboa 2-6-6t Mason Bogie. (Use a small piece of paper as a spacer between the moving parts , and then remove the paper after you have finished soldering things together. This gives the needed clearance between the pieces. )
