When we were preparing the tender for the move we did notice that the frame showed signs of some pretty heavy duty repairs in the form of mid-frame welds.
It also is no surprise that the tank/coal bunker may not be original to 483. What does matter is that 483 now has a K-36 tender behind her.
Now for some paint... (next year)
