I was just really getting started on these the last time I ground to a halt. At the time, I'd start with volumes from the 1920's(earliest EWU has, with some gaps), going through the entire index looking for any RR of interest (for example, I know I found a couple of rate cases involving D&SL before the Moffat was opened but can't find the copies right now) then, when my eyes started to cross, jump to the 1960's and cherry-pick a few, looking for discontinuance cases. I really, really want to get back to it...
