I suspect that virtually everything in that general area is simulated targets, some of which may be actual structures or vehicles, and some of which may be simulated structures or vehicles. If you look just to the northeast, there is a simulated airfield, which is clearly just that....simulated. It is carved out of the desert, but there are no real concrete or asphalt surfaces. Of course, these are the air combat ranges where Red Flag takes place every few weeks, so the entire landscape is littered with simulated this and that. Lots of stuff for Blue Force to attack and for Red Force to defend.
I don't think it is real.
