Inyo Development shows on the 1916 ICC valuation survey maps (likely the maps that Brian is referring to). That company had both 3' gauge and 2' gauge. It was generally west of Keeler, with connections to the C&C/SPng both north of town, and near the wye to the south. Natural Soda Products are south of Inyo Development.
Inyo Development had a 3' gauge 2-6-0, originally Eureka & Palisades, to Bodie & Benton, later rebuilt substantially by the V&T at Carson, and carrying a V&T shops builder's plate.
Natural Soda products had 4 Plymouth gas locomotives, all 36" gauge, purchased in 1921, 1923, 1924, & 1925.
