I haven't been there in a few years, but there was a regular group of re-enactors that would re-enact the ceremony regularly (at least on Saturdays). And of course the locomotives are regularly face-to-face (that's one of the big draws at the site). As Kelly mentioned, I would contact the Park when the government re-opens. I'm sure they could point you in the right direction.
