Seems to me they were well known as John's Folly. The real credit goes to the C&TS guys who fixed them up and have kept them going after a rocky start. But they certainly seem to have achieved their purpose. I wonder if JBWX-1 is still around. By the way those are some of the most expensive hucks ever applied to a freight car! It was a very rocky start.
