From the fall of 1975 when I headed off to the chase the Freedom Train until about 2005 (when digital cameras finally got sharp enough to be worthwhile), I lugged around a Mamiya RB67.  Different backs were available for 120 and 220 film, which allowed for 10 and 20 exposures of 6×7 cm (2¼×2¾ inches) respectively.  There was also a 120 back for 14(?) 6×4.5 cm exposures.  The backs accepted a slide to seal them so they could be removed from the camera without exposing the film, so I usually had the 120 6×7 back loaded with color and the 6×4.5 back loaded with B&W.  IIRC, Mal Ferrel and I swapped backs for an hour or so in Sparks, NV the night before the AFT headed over Donner Pass to Sacramento, but I can't remember why we swapped backs instead of just lenses — maybe he wanted to do some time exposures in 6×4.5 format?
