Just did a bit of cross referencing in my Baldwin lists to figure out the builders spec for this cute meter gauge 1891 4-4-0 running in Brazil. How about that 1950s era Budd stainless steel coach, now that is what I call "mixed media" composition...
Vol17pg3pdf16-1mAmsinckCo4E.F.Sorocabana_1890_8-22CRd21_23dwg22 from my Builders list 11809,11810,11815,11823,11824 were all ordered to the same dimensions for by G. Amsinck & Co for Sorocabana & Ituana or E. in de F. Sorocabana 1891.
Searching for Baldwin drawings from this locomotive I only found a drawing of the pilot 15A-48 Sorocabana, Edna F. pilot 1891 08-22 C 82
but I find the erection drawing for the series dwg21 built 6 months earlier

Sorry about the confusion between RGS & C&S. And this engine is bigger than the future RGS engine, I think that is a 8-18-5C. But this type of 8-22C was bought also for Euraka & Palisads in 1883 as 8-22C55dwg12 & South Pacific Coast 8-22C54dwg12 in 1884.
