Thanks for posting the photo Chris.
I assume you are referring to the 7th Day of November, 2018.
To us Yanks, 7/11/18 means July 11th.
We do our dates weird compared to the rest of the world.

They do use the mainline spout when needed. I have occasionally seen the them use the mainline spout to take water when the 215 train arrives at Chama. Sometimes if they need water they will stop at the tank and take water before proceeding to the depot to offload passengers.
