That photo was taken at the original location of the Pine Creek Railroad in NJ.
The small locomotive was an electric powered steam outline locomotive that was owned by Bob Parr.
Bob was the last living employee of the Cagney Brothers builders of amusement park locomotives. This engine was built from left over parts of the 12- 5/8” gauge Class C steam locomotives.
Attached is a view of “Tiny Tim” and its train. The train was named after Timothy Cagney, the grandson of Col. Timothy Cagney one of the famous Cagney Brothers.
