Riding the narrow gauge – Part 1d

September 28, 2018 03:04PM
Our train finally departed about 15 minutes late. My son was taking gobs of pictures, but I ended up not taking that many since being at the end of the long train (11 passenger cars and 5 freight cars) it was rather difficult to get both engines in the picture. The engines on our train were separated by the freight cars so it crossed the Lobato trestle without stopping. I took photos looking back from rear platform of the parlor car, of various right of way features that I had not able to take since the “olden” days when the open car was the last car in the train. Here are a few.
