I do believe that this is the correct site of the former 376C bridge. If you go to Google Earth, and search for Chamita, NM, you can find the location easily (especially if you realize that the above picture was rotated 90 degrees to the east). Once there you can zoom in and make out the still existent concrete footings. Zoom out and you can make out the roadbed on both sides, as well as the former wye south of the bridge. I feel that Google Earth works better for this sort of research.
