She is. John Hillier has done a little cosmetic restoration on her. The railroad never had much interest in her. As the story goes, the railroad donated 195 to the town when they shut down, and, it was literally worth less than scrap weight (when factoring in the cost of transportation to Seattle). That's why so much equipment wound up in the Skagway river for rip-rap (196 is still in the river). When the railroad opened back up, the town wanted a sizable fee to return it. It sits in the woods, on rail with a few other cars, completely disconnected from the WP&Y.
A fine engine flat out (the 190 and 192 are still in mint service in the Appalachians), the class had a poor reputation as mountain climbers
