Two K-28s

Two K-28s were steamed and running today day. Today the D&S had 476 on the Silverton train and 473 on a test run and work train to Cascade. 473 has been in the shop most of the winter. The test train included two ex-EBT hoppers, five passenger cars, and Caboose 0540. After the test run and tweaks in the shop, she will get a fresh paint job and return to service, giving us two K-28s to see and photograph.
