Not sure if they are asking for help or trying to scare others into helping pay for upgrades. I am sure there are a lot of details as to why they won't be reopening in spring and continue to run while they work on rebuilding things. Once you stop running, people get out of the habit of coming and you have to restart marketing and traffic all over again from zero.
