Hi, Greg -
If you hike about 1/4 mile south of Rockwood, staying on the east side of Elbert Creek, there is a great view of the "Little High Line" with Shalona Lake in the background off to the left. Here's a re-re-post of a photo of the last time I saw a K-28 double-header there, nearly a half-dozen years ago

Hopefully, with #476 again up-and-running, scenes like the above can again be captured as both stills and video. I'll leave it up to others to decide whether or not Jeff Ellingson of the D&S should provide one of the locos with a Moffat Green jacket

p.s. Your video of the (Last) Rio Grande (N.G.) Steam Passenger Trains arrived yesterday, and it is truly excellent. I especially appreciate the scenes of the June 3-5, 1960 La Jara three-day excursion and the Alamosa Kiwanis Fall Colors charters in 1964 & 1966, even though I can't quite make out the image of yores trooly standing in the open gon most of the day on all three of those trips of more than half a century ago! What great memories they evoke!! Thank You!!!
