I remember seeing a scholary piece once that claimed that the world's great religions were in agreement on 92% of all theological points, and that major christian sects agreed on over 98%.
I myself like to point out that, in the US, so--called conservtives and liberals actually agree on 95% of major political issues[1] in the world.
That last few percentage points can be a real b*tch!
As to the great "chasers vs riders" debate, I just tend to be amused by ya'll as both are *way* beyond my budget, and were even when I considered myself well-off. It's a good year if I can just make it to Colorado for a few days. (which ain't been a happ'ning in the last 7 or so.)
