Baker White Pine camp train, but where is it???

These photos appear to follow a Baker White Pine camp train moving along a RoW with phone poles until it stops at a small town passing through at least a switch and swinging through a large curve. I consulted my panel of SVRy experts and could only guess at possible locations that take into account the topography, track layout and location of the town. WHERE IS THIS? Is the train moving along the SVRy mainline or maybe its own line in Trout Creek? The last photo shows the locomotive stopped near the small town with a large building posed above the loco on the hillside, three windows in its side, which for some reason seems familiar. BRIAN
