As near as I can make out consist reads "10 air dumps". Appears not to be correct.
As you say the equipment roster for 1949 shows only 6.
The conductor delay reports show, 7 cars, 9 cars, 10 cars, etc. being loaded various dates. One date even included flat cars.
No further information was shown as to the different type of cars being used.

As to fuel and oil.
No car numbers, or type, were shown for the tank cars.
With set out and pick up being made at Naylor I would say shipment originated there.
Other than Chama no information as to who received the fuel was shown.

Sorry I can't provide more detailed information.
