When I was younger, I might have nit-picked someone's technique. But now, unless the guy on the other side does something REALLY messed up, I just keep it to myself. All critiquing the other guys work does I make him mad. Engineers are a proud sort and generally don't take kindly to advice.
BTW, I like firing. It takes an entirely different set of skills.
So, unless specifically asked "how do YOU do this......", I just shut up.
