The next step in the process. We brought these eight wheelsets over the passes from Antonito to Chama, 4 to be turned, 4 to have the new wheels pressed on them.
We were amazed to find out that these 8 wheelsets weighed about around 15,500 lbs. Truck, trailer, wheels, 24,520 lbs. When I weigh the truck & trailer next week empty, I'll report back.
